I weighed myself this morning and found that I'm 10lbs down from where I was at the beginning of my last DMD book.
That's an average of 2.5 lbs per week!
How did I do it? I took a few concepts from a book I read through the fall and winter... Willpower: Rediscovering the Greatest Human Strength...
